All our reflection questions for an (even) better 2026
Title: All our reflection questions for an (even) better 2026
Subtitle: Looking back for a clearer vision forward. How we arrive at valuable insights and strong decisions for a great 2026.
The year is almost at an end.
What do you want for your practice in 2026? And for yourself?
To know what you want, you need to know where you stand.
At Louwco, we take time for this and have created 26 reflection questions.
Here are our successes and disappointments from 2025…
(The list of all 26 reflection questions can be found at the bottom of this email)
Our Successes:
- A new name, website, and visual identity.
- Expanded the team to 7 billing experts.
- Hosted multiple webinars and Q&As about billing.
- Grown to nearly 100 (!) practices we handle billing for.
- Joined forces with 130+ practices to take legal steps against Topicus, Onatal, and Orfeus.
We also had setbacks to process in 2025:
- Many extra hours (and costs) for 'the new' billing method in VIP.
- The departure of a colleague shortly after starting.
- The time, tension, and hassle surrounding the legal action.
And our plans for growth, joy, and fulfillment in 2026?
We will sit down on January 8th to map them out.
What about you?
Are you taking time to look back and ahead?
