Financials: IUD Insertions & The New 'Post-Insertion IUD Check Ultrasound'

I always look for ways to make things faster, better, or more efficient. It doesn't help when you have to perform extra steps or miss out on claim revenues.

Pay close attention when performing an IUD check ultrasound for VGZ-insured clients:

When an ultrasound is performed within 4 weeks after IUD placement on a VGZ policyholder, it will be automatically rejected. VGZ applies a minimum timeframe of 4 weeks post-placement; if performed earlier, it falls under the standard IUD placement rate.
